But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
Many times, things come along in life that seem to show us our weakness. Perhaps it was a goal that you set for yourself that you failed to reach. Perhaps its a sin that you struggle with that you simply cannot let go of.
In Isaiah, we read that the key to strength in the situations of life comes from waiting upon the Lord. We often hear that we should wait upon the Lord for direction, but we also must wait on Him for strength to do what he wants us to do.
If God has truly inspired the direction and path that you are taking, He will provide the strength necessary to overcome the challenges that may step into your path.
God is not trying to cause you difficulty just to be a challenge. He is allowing you difficulty just so you can see how mighty of a God you serve!
