Thank You Jesus! Praise Jesus! Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you today, seeking Your divine healing and recovery as I engage in physical exercise. Lord, I recognize that my body is not invincible and that there may be times when it becomes injured or strained. I ask for Your grace and restoration during these times of need. Father, I pray for Your healing touch to be upon any areas of my body that are experiencing pain or discomfort. Whether it be a muscle strain, a joint injury, or any other physical ailment, I trust in Your power to bring restoration and wholeness. Pour out Your healing balm upon me, easing my pain and accelerating the healing process. Lord, I also ask for Your wisdom and guidance as I navigate the path to recovery. Help me to make wise decisions regarding my exercise routine, adjusting it to accommondate my body's needs. Grant me the discernment to listen to my body and give it the rest it requires for proper healing. During times of frustration or impatience, remind me to trust in Your perfect timing. Grant me the patience to embrace the healing process, knowing that You are working all things together for my good. Strengthen my faith and help me to find peace in surrendering my body and its recovery into Your loving hands. Lord, I trust in Your miraculous healing power and Your ability to bring forth restoration. Thank You for being my Ultimate healer and for the promise of Your presence in every step of my recovery journey.
