We can count on God in the storm. He will give us the strength to face all that comes our way and stand by us through it all.
Yes, things may look bad. Yes, maybe you are in a terrible storm like you’ve never faced before, but God has spoken and given you a promise!
When the storm seems so much worse than any other, remember, God sees your storm. He knows where you are and what you’re going through.
There are those times when it’s not just another storm. It’s the kind that isn’t like what we expect; not like we thought it might be and its damage is far worse. How do we deal with those storms?
Jesus responded to this criminal’s plea and gave him a promise. We have the same promise that if we confess our sins.
Jesus knew, that even though they put Him to death and were gambling for His clothes; He knew they needed forgiveness.
So how is your race going? Do you need to pick up the pace? Or do you need to work on building up your endurance?
We must ask ourselves the question, are we really free?
