Thank You Jesus! Praise Jesus! Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you today, seeking Your divine healing and recovery as I engage in physical exercise. Lord, I recognize that my body is not invincible and that there may be times when it becomes injured or strained. I ask for Your grace and restoration during these times of need. Father, I pray for Your healing touch to be upon any areas of my body that are experiencing pain or discomfort. Whether it be a muscle strain, a joint injury, or any other physical ailment, I trust in Your power to bring restoration and wholeness. Pour out Your healing balm upon me, easing my pain and accelerating the healing process. Lord, I also ask for Your wisdom and guidance as I navigate the path to recovery. Help me to make wise decisions regarding my exercise routine, adjusting it to accommondate my body's needs. Grant me the discernment to listen to my body and give it the rest it requires for proper healing. During times of frustration or impatience, remind me to trust in Your perfect timing. Grant me the patience to embrace the healing process, knowing that You are working all things together for my good. Strengthen my faith and help me to find peace in surrendering my body and its recovery into Your loving hands. Lord, I trust in Your miraculous healing power and Your ability to bring forth restoration. Thank You for being my Ultimate healer and for the promise of Your presence in every step of my recovery journey. Please prayer for my boys! I have 3 sons. Ethan 20, Chase 18, and Levi who is 13! My oldest and youngest seem to have a pretty good grip on life at the moment! My middle son Chase is struggling! Graduation is in a cpl weeks and I think he’s just so angry because maybe he feels he doesn’t know where he’s headed in life?.. I’m not sure. He seems to be angry all the time! If he’s in a bad mood rest assured everyone gets in a bad mood! His Dad and I are doing the best by him. Maybe too much sometimes. We live in a rural community and we have a ranch. We have pretty much told him that a majority of the land will be deeded to him and we are helping him get started. With Cattle, a Hen House, and we are going to help him build a shop house! He’s a hard worker and a great young man! We just don’t get to see the side very much! He has at one point when he was younger told his dad and I he didn’t want to live! We took all the precautions! He was stayed with all the time, anything that we thought needed to be locked up was, and he seen a therapist! I pray he doesn’t revert back to that!! It’s on my mind all the time! Just please pray for Strength, Comfort, and guidance for all of us! Especially, Chase!

My marriage feels hopeless right now. I'm struggling with feelings of betrayal, and I'm falling apart. I really want the marriage to work, but I have no idea how I'm supposed to navigate this mess. I'm also a breast cancer survivor and have been struggling with collateral damage for 8 years, and I often wonder why I survived at all. I had no idea the bilateral
mastectomy would be so emotionally
