Grief is an emotion that we all must deal with in life. Fortunately, we have a God who is an expert in helping us through the times of grief in our life.

Our prayer is that the verses below will help you as you go through grief. We encourage you to pray to God for help and strength in your time of struggle.

Psalm 9:9 – The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

John 16:22 – And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

1 Peter 5:7 – Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Psalm 18:2 – The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

Revelation 21:4 – And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Psalm 34:18 – The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
